# Simplenet

> Simplenet is an independent Romanian hosting provider offering premium hosting with the Enhance control panel, cPanel shared hosting, and managed VPS hosting. It supports compatible PHP/MySQL applications and provides WordPress-specialist support. Features and limits depend on the hosting package.

Simplenet is run by Andrei and Elena Chira. It offers premium web hosting with the Enhance control panel, traditional cPanel hosting in Romania, and managed VPS hosting. Current premium hosting servers are in Romania, Germany and London, United Kingdom. Cloud servers, including managed VPS, can be opened on request in any location offered by Hetzner, UpCloud or Vultr, including outside Europe. Availability and conditions are confirmed before setup. Premium hosting backups are stored on Simplenet's backup server in Finland regardless of the hosting location. The cPanel line runs in Brașov, Romania. Prices are monthly and exclude VAT unless the product page states otherwise.

- LiteSpeed and LiteSpeed Cache on Business, Publisher, eCommerce and cPanel hosting; VPS web server choices are listed below
- Redis object cache on Publisher, eCommerce and VPS; not included on Business
- Free SSL certificates with auto-renewal (Let's Encrypt)
- Automated daily backups with restore from the hosting panel; retention depends on the hosting line
- Free team-managed site migration on premium hosting; cPanel includes an initial migration by importing a Full Account Backup
- Staging and cloning on Enhance hosting, within the limits of the selected package. Staging sites are accessible to anyone who knows the URL and are configured with noindex for Google; noindex does not restrict visitor access.
- Per-site isolation on Enhance hosting; cPanel isolates accounts, not individual sites within an account
- On Business, Publisher and eCommerce, CPU and RAM limits apply separately to each website; storage and email account counts are total limits per package. VPS resources are allocated to the whole instance.
- WordPress-specialist technical support
- Cloudflare DNS management from Enhance after connecting an API token and enabling the integration for the domain, while keeping Cloudflare nameservers. Other external DNS configurations are managed at the DNS provider.

- Premium hosting backups on Simplenet's backup server in Finland, regardless of the hosting location

## Hosting lines

- Business, from EUR 9/month: premium web hosting for companies with one to five sites.
- Publisher, from EUR 29/month: premium web hosting for editorial sites and traffic spikes.
- eCommerce, from EUR 39/month: premium web hosting for online stores.
- Reseller: any customer can resell any hosting package. White-label and invited users with access restricted to one website are available on premium hosting, not on cPanel.
- cPanel, from EUR 3/month: traditional shared hosting in Romania with email included.
- VPS, from EUR 59/month plus VAT: private servers with dedicated resources.

The premium web hosting lines include staging, free SSL, free migration, automated daily backups, server-level caching, and server-level security. Each line has its own catalogue. Custom packages are available on request. Hosting supports compatible PHP/MySQL applications, with support specialized in WordPress. Premium hosting does not imply full management or maintenance of customer applications. VPS customers can choose Apache, Nginx, OpenLiteSpeed or LiteSpeed Enterprise; LiteSpeed Enterprise has an additional licence cost. Nginx configurations can use FastCGI cache.

## Free hosting trial

All hosting packages, including cPanel and VPS, can be tested free for 10 days. The customer places the order without paying the pro forma invoice immediately, and Simplenet manually activates the hosting account before payment. To continue after the trial, the customer pays the invoice; otherwise, the hosting account closes automatically when the 10 days expire. The money-back guarantee starts from the first payment, not from trial activation.

## Initial annual hosting offer

All Business, Publisher and eCommerce packages paid annually include one free security audit and malware cleanup if needed, for one website only. This benefit is provided once, on the initial order or migration, and does not apply to renewals, regardless of the number of websites allowed by the package.
